Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. As an Admin, create a new workspace and invite a Member
3. As the Member, create several expenses in the workspace chat
4. Select multiple expenses and apply Bulk Hold
5. Select the same expenses and apply Bulk Unhold

Expected Result:

The Admin should see that the selected expenses are no longer on hold in the report preview, immediately after the bulk unhold action.

Actual Result:

The report preview still shows the expenses as on hold, even after they’ve been unheld.
Inside each individual expense, the status correctly shows as unheld, but the report preview does not reflect this change until the page is manually refreshed.
