Action Performed:

Pre-requisite: This issue is only reproducible with expensifail account.

1. Open Desktop/Hybrid app or go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with a expensifail account
3. Create a WS
4. Go to Company Cards > Add cards > Select 'United States', click Next.
5. Direct feed is autoselected, click Next.
6. Select 'Other', click Next.

Expected Result:

The user should be redirected to "Who's your card provider?"

Actual Result:

The user lands on “Log into your bank” page, but there’s nothing to click or continue with.

This is expected. And the plaid modal has just been implemented here #62391 (not deployed yet). I thought Plaid card feed is only under internal QA for now? cc @joekaufmanexpensify

Yep this is expected for now. It is behind a beta. Certain QA accounts just get added to all betas by default. That's why they see this. We can close as this will be fixed in the PR you linked above that just got merged.
