We add talk to sales recently and used platform specific files to prevent this feature on native devices, we should remove .native and just use OnboardingHelpDropdownButton.tsx with other options.

@thienlnam I was author of original PR I can remove this feature entirely also fixing

@samranahm #61787 (comment) my concern.
So how about keeping native check in this PR and make sure you will remove it completely in #61068 ?
