Action Performed:
Preconditions: user signed into two devices. Steps are performed on the main device unless marked as "secondary device"
Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com and sign in with expensifail account
Create two workspaces
Navigate to the first workspace and submit a manual expense, disable the internet connection
Secondary device: delete the second workspace
On the report details page click "More", "Change workspace" and select the second workspace
Enable the internet connection
Verify the error, that the workspace change cannot be completed is displayed, click on the "x" to remove the error message
Navigate to the 1st workspace chat
Expected Result:
The expense report is displayed in the chat of the Workspace 1 after moving it to Workspace 2 failed
Actual Result:
The expense report is not displayed in the chat of the Workspace 1 after moving it to Workspace 2 failed. After clearing cache it is shown in the workspace chat as expected
