Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Member is invited to a workspace, where Delay submission is enabled.
• "Members must categorize all expenses" is enabled in Categories settings.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense without category.
4. Click on the expense preview.
5. Click Submit.
6. Go back to main workspace chat.
7. Note that the expense preview shows a View button.
8. Go to Reports.
9. Go to Expense Reports.

Expected Result:

The expense in Reports and Expense Reports will show View button (so that it is consistent with the expense preview in the workspace chat).

Actual Result:

The expense in Reports and Expense Reports shows Review button, when expense preview in the workspace chat shows View button.
