Action Performed:

Precondition:
Log in with Expensifail account
A workspace
Account has no outstanding (un-submitted) expense report

1. Launch Hybrid app
2. Navigate to FAB > Create report
3. Tap on Add Expense dropdown + > Create new expense
4. Enter amount & tap on Show more

Expected Result:

Report field should not be editable or selectable

Actual Result:

Report field is editable/selectable when creating first expense
