Expense - No split preview, second split expense becomes manual expense

App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Click + > Split expense > Manual.
4. Split a manual expense.
5. Click + > Split expense > Manual.
6. Split another manual expense.

Expected Result:

In Step 4, there will be split preview.
In Step 6, the second expense can be split without issue.

Actual Result:

In Step 4, there is not split preview.
In Step 6, the second expense becomes a manual expense when trying to split expense for the second expense.
