1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/ and login as User A
2. Create workspace
3. Invite User B as admin
4. Login as User B
5. Go to "Concierge" chat in LHN

Expected Result:

Task "Review your workspace settings" with checkbox should be displayed in Concierge chat

Actual Result:

"Review your workspace settings" task is missing in Concierge chat.

What is the root cause of that problem?

We don't have a task like the admin's review of your workspace settings task in combinedTrackSubmitOnboardingEmployerOrSubmitMessage
