Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM.
• Account has no workspace.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM.
3. Track a manual expense.
4. Click Categorize it.
5. Click Upgrade.
6. Click Got it, thanks.
7. Select a category.
8. On confirmation page, click Show more.
9. Reimbursable toggle is enabled by default.
10. Click Create expense.
11. On workspace chat, go to transaction thread.

Expected Result:

Reimbursable toggle will be enabled because it is enabled on the confirmation page on Step 9.

Actual Result:

Reimbursable toggle is disabled when it is enabled on the confirmation page when categorizing expense.
