Action Performed:

1. Navigate to the settings of workspace in NewDot.
2. Go to the Expensify Card feed settings.
3. Observe the list of cards

Expected Result:

Assigned cardholder names should be displayed properly, allowing admins to easily identify each card owner.

Actual Result:

Assigned names appear as "Hidden," making card management confusing and error-prone.

@puneetlath I was able to reproduce this issue while working on Expensify Card feed lists cardholders who are not members of the workspace.

This card is assigned to the joe+onboarding1@joeyjellydonuts.com user, who is not a member of the workspace I'm checking.
Besides that I had no chats or anything related to this user, as a result, this user is not in my Onyx and the app shows the user as Hidden.

I believe it should be fixed together with the PR for this issue, since we will filter out not members, and workspace members will be in the onyx, so no Hidden will be displayed.
