[Due for payment 2025-05-27] [Better Expense Report View] Update the go to parent logic in Reports tab

Problem

With the new table report view, users can see the transaction threads and thread from that in the Reports tab (not only in the inbox). Those reports open in RHP like so

Solution

Make sure that clicking the parent report action link in the header of the thread keeps you in the Reports page (so closes the RHP if it was transaction thread)
