Action Performed:

1. Account has self DM.
2. Go to self DM.
3. Track a manual expense.
4. Go to expense thread> Click on header> Select Submit it to someone and finish the process ( Submit to existing user example: gocemate+b20314@gmail.com
   )
5. Go to Reports> Expenses
6. Check the "to" field

Expected Result:

User's email or profile name should be displayed

Actual Result:

"To" field shows Hidden in Reports page

What is the root cause of that problem?

Sometimes the personalDetailsList in the search data will not hold the appropriate data for e.g., the name appears as empty like below

so the to field will be hidden here

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We can give a fallback from the personal details in onyx like

    const formattedTo = formatPhoneNumber(getDisplayNameOrDefault(to, '', false) || getDisplayNameOrDefault(getPersonalDetailsForAccountID(to.accountID)));

We can do the same for from column here also other places we use data.personalDetailsList like here here others
