Precondition -
Admin has issued a Virtual card to the member.

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Login as a member
3. Go to the workspace chat
4. Click on the Expensify card link
5. Click on Report virtual card fraud button

Expected Result:

User should stay in the workspace chat after clicking Report virtual card fraud

Actual Result:

User is navigated to the wallet page.
