Action Performed:

Bug 1:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Go to Reports.
3. Go to any status that will return empty state (or perform a search that will return no result).
4. Tap filters icon.
5. Swipe back using iOS gesture (not app back button).

Bug 2:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Go to Reports.
3. Tap filters icon.
4. Apply any filter that will return no result.
5. Tap Save search.
6. Tap bookmark icon.
7. Tap 3-dot menu next to current search > Rename.
8. Rename and save it.

Expected Result:

Reports empty state will not be blank after returning from filters and after renaming the saved search.

Actual Result:

Reports empty state is blank briefly after returning from filters and after renaming the saved search.
