Android - Tapping on a user from recents does not respond

App Component: Chat Report View

Action Performed:

1. Clear all data from app settings
2. Launch app
3. Login with a gmail account which has chat with many users
4. Tap fab - start chat
5. Tap on a user from recents
6. Note user is not directed to the conversation page
7. Enter a new user
8. Tap on the user
9. Note user is directed to the conversation page

Note: issue reproduced in expensifail account also

Expected Result:

Tapping on a user from recents must navigate to 1:1 page.

Actual Result:

Tapping on a user from recents does not respond and user not navigated to 1:1 page. After clearing data, first time opening app and trying to open a conversation with 1:1 user, issue happens.
