Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Log in with a new account.
  3. Select "Something else" during onboarding and complete the flow.
  4. Create a new workspace.
  5. Go to Settings > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart.
  6. Click Reset and refresh.
  7. Open FAB > Start chat.

Expected Result:

Start chat tabs will not disappear.

Actual Result:

Start chat tabs disappear.
