Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with a Gmail account that has a few workspaces
3. Tap on the "Settings" button
4. Tap on any workspace
5. Tap on the "<" button to return to the workspace list

Expected Result:

The UI shouldn't shake.

Actual Result:

Sometimes the UI shakes when tapping on a workspace and when returning from the workspace settings page to the workspace list.

Tried to reproduce in an android mweb environment, unsuccessful for both staging and production

@jponikarchuk i can also reproduce now in mWeb Safari. This is related to the "iOS Smart App Banner" (at the top) dissapearing and then re-appearing when going to a workspace. I suppose this is because the URL changes briefly and this URL is not included in https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/main/.well-known/apple-app-site-association.

I'm not totally sure how to test this, because iOS Smart App Banners can only be tested on physical devices and are tied to the URL, which has to be altered to test web on a physical (iOS) device

This can also be seen when switching between the bottom tabs. Most if not all of the times when the smart app banner is changing.

@lydiabarclay @mountiny i still don't think this is caused by #58909, as the PR only alters the KeyboardAvoidingView when the keyboard is open and the user is offline. Neither of that is the case for this issue.

This is really hard to test due to the smart app banner not displaying on simulators. Maybe we can test this with an ad-hoc build?
