Expense - New expense disappears after reviewing duplicates and deleting it

Device used: Windows 10 / Chrome, macOS Sequoia 15.0
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with a new Gmail unvalidated account
3. Create a workspace
4. Navigate to the workspace chat
5. Create 2 manual expenses with the same amount, currency and merchant
6. Click on the combined expenses
7. Click on any of the expenses
8. Click on the "Review duplicates" button
9. Click on the "Keep this one" button next to any of the expenses
10. Click on the "Confirm" button
11. Navigate to the workspace chat
12. Click on the "..." button while hovering over the expense
13. Delete the expense
14. Click on the Composers "+" button
15. Create a manual expense with any amount and merchant (should be different from the duplicated ones)

Expected Result:

New expense should be visible

Actual Result:

New expense disappears after reviewing duplicates and deleting the remaining expense.
