Action Performed:

  1. Login to Newdot
  2. Navigate to settings

Expected Result:

No issues and user able to send and receive messages

Actual Result:

User able to send and receive messages but You appear to be offline message displayed sporadically

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
