Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings - workflow - complete manual flow
3. Enter invalid transaction and make appear max. attempt tried message
4. Navigate back to workspace settings page
5. Note error is displayed
6. Go to settings and change language to Spanish
7. Navigate back to workspace settings page
8. Note error is not changed to Spanish
9. Create few new workspaces from workplace settings page
10. Red dot is shown on all new workspace created
11. Open the workspace newly created and note no error is displayed inside

Expected Result:

Transaction validation error must be displayed in Spanish and new WS created after that is displayed with red dot.

Actual Result:

Transaction validation error is not displayed in Spanish and new WS created after that is displayed with red dot.
