Device used: iPhone 15 Pro Max / iOS 18.3
App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Launch ND or hybrid app.
2. Log in with a new account.
3. Create a workspace.
4. Go to workspace chat.
5. Submit an expense to the workspace chat.
6. Go back to LHN.
7. Open FAB (might need to kill app and reopen app because of FAB bug).
8. Note that QAB tooltip appears.
9. Tap Start chat.
10. Select any user.
11. Tap + button in 1:1 DM.

Expected Result:

QAB tooltip will not appear in + button in 1:1 DM.

Actual Result:

QAB tooltip appears in + button in 1:1 DM.
