2. Try to Share photo to Expensify App

Expected Result:

Image has been shared to the Expensify App

Actual Result:

The receipt is not shared, :Expensify App is open twice

I just tested this @mountiny - no matter what mode the app is in for me when I Send to it from the Gallery, I get the green splash screen. With New Expensify it eventually reloads the Inbox with no sign of the receipt. With Expensify Classic, it just sits on the green splash screen indefinitely.

It's been like this for a good 5 minutes now.

I can definitely see another "copy" of the app open too:

I would usually add the External label at this point, but you seem to have some kind of agenda here, so I'll wait for your guidance!

The PR with fix is ready here
Right now it is working only when user has no app in background. It will be working completely fine once this PR is merged.
