Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Go to Account settings > Workspaces.
Click New workspace.
Click Currency.
Press CMD+D twice.
Press ESC twice.
Press CMD+K.
Expected Result:
Search and troubleshoot modal will open in front of currency list.
Actual Result:
Search and troubleshoot modal will open behind the currency list.
Also user has to use the shortcut twice to open the modal.
