Unable to access submitted report in workspace chat when removed by admin

Device used: Windows 11/ Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Create a workspace from User A and enable workflow and manual submission
   2.Invite User B
2. Submit an expense report from User B's account
3. Remove User B from the workspace using User A's account
4. From User B side open the archive workspace chat

Expected Result:

Report submitted should be visible for the employee who submitted the report.

Actual Result:

Report is cannot be accessed in the workspace chat by the employee who created it when the employee is removed from workspace by the Admin.

Okay, I'm not able to reproduce this. I think we might have fixed this with this PR? Are you able to reproduce this on staging @FitseTLT?
