[HOLD for payment 2025-02-04] [$50] Update `Workspace profile` to `Overview`

Problem

We've created two different ways for support to reference the same Overview page on New Expensify and Expense Classic, which requires the support team learning two distinct names for what is the same page to update the workspace name.

Solution

Let's consistently refer to the page where the workspace name can be edited. Given that we've been using the term Overview forever on Expensify Classic, let's update New Expensify to say the same.
