Wallet - Country list does not auto scroll up when showing search result

App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Account settings > Wallet.
3. Click Add bank account.
4. On Country page, type Un on the search field (need to scroll down the list before searching).

Expected Result:

The country list will auto scroll up when showing search result.

Actual Result:

The country list does not auto scroll up when showing search result.
User has to scroll up to show the top result.
