2FA - Unable to login to account with 2FA enabled

Device used: Windows 11/ Chrome, Android 13/ Chrome
App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Sign in to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Navigate to Account settings > Security > Two factor authentication
3. Setup 2FA for the account
4. Log out of the account
5. Sign in to the same account
6. Enter magic code and enter

Expected Result:

Login prompts to enter a 2FA code

Actual Result:

Login loads infinitely without signing in to 2FA enabled account
