Action Performed:

1. Send an image as user A to user B while user B is offline
2. As user B, click image in email summary

Expected Result:

The image displayed without any issue, even on the first click

Actual Result:

hmm... it's not here message displayed on first click, and then the link will work after that point (on reload, or reclick).
