IOU history not displayed when tapping on LHN badge

Action Performed:

1. If you don't have already, create an IOU Transaction with any user.
2. Now send some random messages to that user more than 30 or 35. You can quickly do it on the web, just type a few letters in compose box then hit enter.
3. Now Logout of the app, so local data will be cleared.
4. Now Login back again try to tap on the IOU balance, you see won't see IOU Details History

History of the IOU should be displayed.

Actual Result:

History of the IOU is not displayed when tapping on the LHN badge.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
