1. Disable the internet connection in the device
2. Click on the green + button
3. Click on the "Start Chat" option
4. Search for a user with no existing conversation before> Create the chat
5. Send some messages
6. Go online

Expected Result:

Chat should be present on LHN when user come back online

Actual Result:

Chat disappears from LHN when user come back online

The current issue is happening because during the offline period, data is not submitted to the APIs but the frontend chat array getting data added. And when the devices are coming online, the array is updated with the existing data, and the recent chat is not there as it's not posted due to offline mode.

There are two options to fix the issue.

• We can check if the device is connected to the internet or not while creating a new chat [ we can use netinfo packages which are created by the RN community ]. We can show a notice to enable the internet or disable the creating new chat option.
• If the device is not connected to the internet and the user is sending a new chat, we can hold the data in the app itself and when the device comes back online, then we can post the data via API.
