Foreign currency default have different tax rate (non-zero rate).
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Go to workspace chat.
Submit an expense in local currency.
Go to transaction thread.
Click Amount and change it to a foreign currency.
Note that the system message does not include tax amount change system message.
Click Amount.
Change it back to local currency.
Note that the system message includes tax amount change system message.
Expected Result:
In Step 6, when tax rate changes as a result of switching currency, the system message will include tax amount change, just like Step 9.
In Step 9. the system message will show the new tax amount.
Actual Result:
In Step 6, when tax rate changes as a result of switching currency from local to foreign currency, the system message does not include tax amount change.
It only shows when changing currency from foreign to local currency (Step 9).
In Step 9, the system message shows the old tax amount.
