Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com both as User A and User B on different browsers
2. [User A] Request $20 from user B (Stay on chat page with user B)
3. [User B] Request $30 from user A
4. [User B] Delete the last request made with the amount of $30

Expected Result:

GBR should not stay on LHN as soon as the amount updates

Actual Result:

Even if the amount updated GBR stays on LHN until User A navigates into the expense report
