Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to 1:1 DM with user that has no unsettled IOU.
3. Create a manual request with receipt.
4. Click on the IOU preview.
5. Click 3-dot menu.

Expected Result:

Hold request option will be present.

Actual Result:

Hold request option is not present.

Hold request, Replace and Delete receipt option are missing when there is only one IOU request.

What is the root cause of that problem?

We don't add hold or uphold option into three-dot menu items of MoneyReportHeader

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We should use the same approach in MoneyRequestHeader to add hold or unhold option to three-dot menu item.

@stephanieelliott I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.
