Action Performed:

1. Navigate to a workspace chat
2. Make an IOU request with a blurred image
3. Navigate to IOU details report page before the request fails
4. Add 'Merchant' & Save

Expected Result:

RBR and 'Enter amount' error message should't disappear after appearing

RBR and 'Enter amount' error message disappear after appearing
