Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

Tooltip - Search tooltip overlaps workspace name and chats

What is the root cause of that problem?

The main problem with issue is that tooltip is always centered by horizontally and between TopBar and main content not enough space by vertical

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

To fix this issue we can add additional padding between TopBar and main content

But here we need the help of designers to know what we are expected

What alternative solutions did you explore? (Optional)

As alternative, we can use shiftHorizontal to move the tooltip to the right and the left

For example, to move the tooltip to the right we need to add shiftHorizontal={50}
Plus if we need we can add shiftHorizontal

We can set dynamic value using onLayout for View and then get width of search input
