1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with an expensifail account
3. Add a workspace
4. Finish adding a Chase Plaid bank account (You're all set! message is visible)
5. Click away to close the side page
6. Go offline
7. Navigate to workspace - Bank account

Expected Result:

It should be visible.

Actual Result:

The added bank account isn't visible in offline mode.
