Issue found when executing PR #32962

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to FAB> Send Money> Add amount

Expected Result:

The participant selection page should be immediately open

Actual Result:

The participant selection page for Send money flow is noticeably slower
Also, Search page hangs for seconds when closing it while the list is still loading

Still happens to me on main when using heavy account. I think it should be reopened as it seems it's not a regression from #32962

@TMisiukiewicz The heavy account is really putting strain in the app, can you confirm that production is noticeably faster than staging for that account?

@mountiny staging and production are both suffering on that account, seems like the result is very similar
