Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com.
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Click FAB > Request money > Manual.
4. Request money from a workspace chat.
5. Note that the green dot appears in the workspace chat in LHN after the request is created.
6. Create a new workspace.
7. Go to the workspace chat > + > Request money.
8. Create a manual expense in the workspace chat.
9. Click on the expense preview to open report page.
10. Return to the main chat.

Expected Result:

In Step 8. the green dot will appear next to workspace chat in LHN.

Actual Result:

In Step 8. the green dot does not appear next to the workspace chat in LHN, when the request is created in the workspace chat.
In Step 10, the green dot only appears after opening report page and returning to the main chat.

I am unable to repro this. I am not seeing Green Dot Indicator in both cases

I can't reproduce either, but I think that we should show the green dot. It shows up if you navigate to another report and then back to the workspace chat.
