• Web-E: Add a new API endpoint called UpdateMoneyRequestAmount following the example in https://github.com/Expensify/Web-Expensify/pull/39445
• App: Implement the new API command following the example in Implement new UpdateMoneyRequestDate API endpoint #30737
