1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Log in with any account.
3. Go to any chat that has a message with Reply
4. Right-click the message
5. Verify that context menu opens
6. Repeat pressing up/down arrows from keyboard

Expected Result:

Blue frame does not appear around message Reply when open context menu and use up/down arrows from keyboard
