If you haven’t already, check out our contributing guidelines for onboarding and email contributors@expensify.com to request to join our Slack channel!

Action Performed:

Break down in numbered steps

  1. Create a money request with a workspace chat. Do not add a category.
  2. Create a money request with a regular user.

Expected Result:

  1. The app does not save an empty string to policyRecentlyUsedCategories_POLICY_ID.
  2. The app does not create a new policyRecentlyUsedCategories_undefined with an empty string.

Actual Result:

  1. The app saves an empty string to policyRecentlyUsedCategories_POLICY_ID.
  2. The app creates a new policyRecentlyUsedCategories_undefined with an empty string.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
