Click on the "+" button to open the FAB menu
Click on "Request money" or "Split bill"
Enter any amount and click "Next"
Select users with whom you have no previous conversations as the assignees
Click on "Request" button to confirm
Expected Result:
The IOU request should be successfully created

The app crashes after clicking on the confirmation button
