Issue found when executing PR #26613
Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Set the network to slow 3G
Log in with a HT account with multiple manual IOUs in one IOU thread (create one by requesting money to each other from User A and B)
While the page is loading, navigate to the IOU thread that has two requesters (IOUs)
Expected Result:
When the page is loading, both IOUs appear with skeleton loading
Actual Result:
When the page is loading, only one of the IOUs appears with skeleton loading. The other one only appears after the page is completely loaded
