[$500] Onfido/Plaid CORS error in the console #24260

Issue found when executing PR #23944

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Open the JS console
  3. Observe the CORS error

Expected Result:

No CORS errors relating to onfido and plaid.

Actual Result:

CORS error in the console
