[HOLD for payment 2023-08-17] [$1000] Web – Personal Information– Back button is not working accurately in "Personal information" section (step 3 of 5). #23369
Proceed through all the steps until you reach the "Personal Information" section (step 3 of 5).
Click on "Save & Continue" in the "Personal Information" section (step 3 of 5).
Click on "Drivers License" in the "Personal Information" section (step 3 of 5) and proceed.
Click on "Get Secure link" in the "Personal Information" section (step 3 of 5) and proceed.
At this point, when you reach the page where "Scan the QR code with your phone" is written, click on the back button.
Observe that the user is directed back to the first page of the "Personal Information" section (step 3 of 5) containing the Personal Information form.
Note that steps 6 to 9 are skipped, while the expected behavior is for the user to go back one step at a time.
Expected Result:
The user should be able to go back one step at a time when using the back button.
Actual Result:
The back button does not allow the user to go back one step at a time, causing the skipping of steps 6 to 9.
