Incosistent Offline indicator between preference page and other page. #23209

Action Performed:

  1. Go to Settings => Preferences
  2. Toggle Offline mode
  3. Observer the Offline indicator

Expected Result:

Offline indicator should have the same background color like other pages

Actual Result:

Offline indicator have the blue background color

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
