Main Custom Status Pages

This issue will cover the main pages required to set and clear a status, specifically:

1. Adding the "status" option to the profile page

2. Creating the new "CustomStatusPage" page without the ability to set a clear after time but will include the save and manual clear buttons

3. Creating the new "SetCustomStatusPage" page

4. Creating the new "large emoji picker" page that appears when the user clicks the emoji button
