1. Navigate to sign-in page
2. Enter email & click on 'Continue' button
3. Enter an incorrect code
4. Before the error shows up, input another incorrect code

Expected Result:

Even after inputting an incorrect code, if the same incorrect code is entered before the error appears, it should be auto-submitted.

Actual Result:

Upon re-entering an incorrect code before an error displays, the system neither auto-submits nor generates a new error. A fresh error only appears when a digit in the code changes.
