Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

• Problem was that the Unread Indicator's New Text was cutoff due to no margin on isWhisper Report.

What is the root cause of that problem?

• Margin is the main issue and some styling issues in unread indicator.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?
