Issue found when executing PR #15650

Action Performed:

  1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
  2. Login with any account
  3. Go to any chat
  4. Write some text
  5. Click outside the compose box - on a message in a chat
  6. Press Esc

Expected Result:

Nothing should happen

Actual Result:

If you click on a message in the chat, press Esc - message is highlighted with a blue frame.
